Operate a flexographic 10 color printing press to produce printed rolls of film, according to company and customer specifications and quality standards. Full responsiblity for the complete operation and production of the press. Responsible for the direction, training, and performance of the press assistant. Inspect printed products for print clarity, colory accuracy, conformance to requirements. Adjust machinery to improve print quality, speed, ink flow, positions & pressure tolerance. Press set up to job specification and production requirements. Troubleshoot and be able to tone colors of solvent inks, assemble and adjust doctor blades, adjust press to maximize run speed.
