Purpose of Position
The Product Line Manager develops and executes a product strategy that supports the achievement of desired product line growth and profitability under the guidance of the PLM Vice President. Success is achieved through orchestrating business activities of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development and Manufacturing. The PLM leads the product team
Key Responsibilities
Leads a Product Team to:
Develop market insight through strategic assessments of the Market, Customer, Competitors, and CCS Capabilities
Creates effective Product Line vision, strategy, critical projects, roadmaps, and plans (1 and 5 year)
Manage financial and market performance of the product line
Drive action throughout the organization
Develop and execute an IP and standards strategy
Manage priorities and constraints
Develops and communicates product long-term forecasts
Establishes Product pricing strategies and manages requests below strategy
Structures Product Specialist and Product Coordinator work within the Product Line
Manages the P&L;, driving teams to support the product line strategy and profitability goals.

Education
Bachelor's Degree - General.
MBA or equivalent demonstrated experience (i.e., extensive experience in business).
Experiences
Required
Demonstrated track record of managing projects.

Work experience in a Commercial / PLM function.
Desired
Bachelor's Degree - Engineering, Applied Science, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Experience managing people.
Financial analysis and accounting experience.
Work experience in Manufacturing and/or Development.
