A Customer Service Associate creates a welcoming and fun atmosphere, puts smiles on peoples faces using world class customer service, and provides a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience.
Primary Duties:
Enrollment & Support of Unlimited Wash Club Members.
Attend the Point-of-Sale and oversee all transactions.
Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order.
Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile.
Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order.
Strive for customer satisfaction by receiving every guest with a warm and friendly welcome, providing support throughout the entire wash process, and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Must be friendly, outgoing, and customer service oriented Must have resilient positive attitude and energetic personality Able to work effectively & be accountable under minimal supervision Physical Demands:
Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle equipment that may average up to approximately 100 pounds in weight Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
