Responsibilities:
Perform move-in/out inspections and create list of damages/improvements needed, noting any change or damages from prior tenant.
Perform basic maintenance tasks including changing lightbulbs, basic plumbing, minor repairs, and report any major damages to the main office.
Take photographs of all maintenance/damages needing repaired.
Visit locations to gather photos of rentable space for marketing purposes.
Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, completing repairs, and planning renovations.
Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work at rental properties.
Respond to emergencies at properties and enforce any violations of occupancy.
Other tasks deemed necessary by onsite agents.
Education, Experience, and
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
3-5 years' experience in real estate preferred Solid knowledge of basic maintenance repair, property regulations, and Microsoft office programs Excellent time management, organizational, and customer service skills Experience as a property manager or similar role preferred.
