Essential Responsibilities General Office Tasks Pick up mail Open mail Return calls to Clients/Potential Clients Prepare Deposits Pay Payroll taxes Pull (Receipts, Deposits and Bank Statements) together for CPA Quarterly.
Keep all office equipment updated (iPads and Computers) QuickBooks Tasks Accounts Payable & Receivables Prepare Payroll (Weekly) Prepare Invoices Reconcile Bank Statements Landscape Management Software Enter new client information or communications from clients Review and approve time sheets Publish time hours into QuickBooks Publish estimates into QuickBooks Print Work Order Reports Export estimate into time to create a job for teams Enter the yearly budget Knowledge and
Experience:
Education:
High School
Experience:
Customer Service, communications, spread sheets, organization.
Office management and Bookkeeping.
Skills:
Communications, business office equipment, professional image.
Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and willing to learn Landscape Management Software.
Accurate data entry.
Attention to detail.
Professional writing skills.
Working Relationships:
The office manager will work closely with the owner to handle needed office tasks.
