Job Description:
Invoice Processing Verify quantities and dollar amounts Invoice/Credit Maintenance Draft to Final Process Download non-EDI invoices and submit through Esker process Print and file with BOL and pack lists Sales Credit Processing Print CARs and Credits out of Agile or similar system.
Submit Credit for approval based on the Credit Approval policy Complete credit and process in Radius Enter credit info and close in Agile or similar system Resolve Accounts Payable Invoice Holds Support Administration Manager with Monthly Financial Close This requirement may include over time during the financial close week.
