Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
This person will be responsible for supporting multiple locations for a national brand.
They will coordinate marketing materials and events for each location and help to market to both internal and external customers.
They will also have responsibilities of assisting with guest relations, helping with admin spreadsheets, and many other tasks including helping with Accounts Payable and Payroll.
This job will be performed on site or in our office and will require minimal travel in the Hickory, NC and Mooresville, NC areas.
Hours will generally be 9-5pm during weekdays but it may include some nights or weekends depending on events.
