4K a year Customer Service Representative KLINGSPOR Abrasives is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:
Receiving and efficiently processing (by telephone) orders, and lead times from customers.
Creating accurate quotations on standard items, writing orders, and relaying pertinent order information to customers.
Coordinates with other departments as necessary to effectively handle purchase orders.
Provide timely communication and excellent service to customers.
Effectively coordinates with marketing and/or accounting departments where customer contact is a prime responsibility.
Completes and manages all documentation necessary to process customer orders, returns, and issues.
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding Customer Service attitude and mindset Effective organizational skills Efficient at use of computers Basic knowledge of order processing and product manufacturing sales environment.
