8K a year Paramount Automotive Group, a well-established automotive dealership in Hickory is seeking an Automotive Warranty Data Entry Specialist for our very busy multi-franchise Service Departments.
Experience preferred, but willing to train a motivated individual.
Job Requirements:
Mechanical knowledge of motorized vehicles repairs and/or theory REQUIRED Demonstrate the ability to analyze claims, look for missing information or documentation to support the claim Ability to work closely with department managers to collaborate together to process claims Monitor open claims on a daily basis Proficient use of computer applications, including MS Office products and Web based applications Show efficient time management and the ability to multi-task Maintain a positive, team approach to work Keep excellent attendance Prepare documents for scanning Scan documents using scanner & PC Highly organized & detail oriented.
A high level of accuracy & confidentiality is required.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision & have superior time management skills.
Will train a qualified candidate.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
