Hickory, 28602 Well known medical provider in Catawba County is looking for an Employment Assistant to add to their HR team! Job Duties of the Employment Assistant:
Performs a variety of confidential Human Resource functions.
Maintains an organized, professional, and welcoming environment.
Refers questions to appropriate HR staff.
Processes HR mail daily, time stamping and forwarding to appropriate HR staff.
Performs Assist employment team with the following processes such as but not limited to Processing of verifications Document organization and scanning of onboarding packet Prepares all first day documents.
Verify all new hires for the following week are cleared by occupational health.
Process first day of employment badge photos, and employee welcome announcements.
Post requisitions when needed.
May assist with ongoing auditing processes as needed.
What You Need:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Three years' experience in a human resources, administrative or customer service role Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information Advanced working knowledge of computer software applications and equipment Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
