Quality Linen Services is a locally family-owned and operated linen supply business that takes pride in our quality product and friendly service.
Our knowledgeable sales staff and Route Sales representatives strive to accommodate each customer on an individual basis.
The Route Sales Representative maintains constant contact with current accounts achieving the goal of supplying fresh, sanitary linens and garments to meet customer needs.
We are currently looking to fill a Route Sales Representative position.
Qualified individual must be able to multi-task and handle a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Meet performance goals on a regular basis Follow company policies and procedures regarding installation of new customers, managing customer needs and all aspects of service.
Ensure customer loyalty, retention and provide outstanding customer service.
Build relationships, educate customers, commumicate openly with customer, manage customer's needs and resolve concerns in cooperation with supervision Safely operate a delivery vehicle on each trip, following all applicable laws and company policies to ensure safe and timely delivery of products.
Ability to use company handheld computer for delivery verification and navigation Maintain a valid driver's license without points Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform regular vehicle inspections.
Handle and process customer payments Understands the importance of detail and accuracy Keep route paperwork current Ensure deliveries of complete textile loads are timely and correct, pick up soiled product and maintain proper inventories in all accounts Ability to work well in a team environment and is always willing to assist others Heavy lifting required
Qualifications:
Have and maintain a valid driver's license or CDL when applicable Have and maintain a driving record free of chargable accidents, speeding or safety violations Demonstate excellent skills in the operation of vehicles and have a verifiable minimum of one year experience of safe and successful driving Demonstrate excellent skills in customer service and route sales Excellent written and verbal communication in English, ability to comprehend and follow directions, as well as good time management skills and team player Recognize colors, sizes and types of product and count, add and subtract accurately High School Graduate or similar experience Job Type:
