Must work as a team alongside the Site Manager and Regional Property Manager to assure quality standards are met.
Will handle day-to-day maintenance by answering tenants' requests for service, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for re-rental.
Will also be responsible for keeping the grounds and common areas clean and neat.
Must maintain a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with residents, owners, and co-workers.
Previous maintenance experience required.
