IT Project Manager III

Hickory, NC, Lisle, IL, Richardson, TX. This role will assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop and supervise project timeline and budget, and is responsible for acquiring resources needed. This role will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to mutually agreed upon customer specification and level of quality. You will serve as liaison between project team members, management, IT suppliers, external consultants, and the business. You will deliver on project commitments through leadership, teamwork, problem analysis/resolution, effective communication, and efficiency improvements. How You Will Make An Impact:
Lead multiple small to medium sized projects simultaneously or one large project based on complexity factors such as number of regions, organization, vendors, applications/interfaces involved or project duration. Lead project team including technical and non-technical staff in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts for projects to ensure project deliverables meet stated expectations for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives. Ensure appropriate use of CommScope's IT project management tools, governance, processes, and methodologies Develop, define, and implement project plan, scope and deliverables. Participate in decisions that impact or change project scope. Identify and track issues, assess impact, and complete timely resolution. Ensure effective integration management throughout the life cycle of projects. Conduct project status sessions with representatives from any or all department involved in the project. Accountable for identifying & tracking risks, assessing impact, and completing mitigation plans. Prepare periodic reports on project health including project status, risks & mitigation plans, and issues & resolution plans. Serves as customer liaison and principle contact for project-related activity. Lead resource management process including selection or participate in the selection available and appropriate resources for the project team Develop requirements for end-user training plans Provide technical mentoring to associate project managers Required Qualifications For Consideration:
Bachelor's degree 8
years of project management experience Familiarity with IT solution delivery processes Proficient in MS Project Experience using Agile methods Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to interact at all levels with sponsors, vendors, and project team members Effective planner and ability to develop reliable estimates You Will Excite Us If You:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
